Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all U.S territories.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we are only offering domestic shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we offer shipping to PO boxes only for prepaid orders.
How did my package ship?
We ship all the orders via USPS First Class and USPS Priority methods. You will get a tracking number after your order will be shipped.
When my order will be shipped?
Usually it takes 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
Can I change my order?
If you have already received a tracking number – it means that your order was already shipped and, unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to your order. If you have not received a tracking number – please contact us via e-mail: [email protected] with the details, which should be changed.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Usually, It takes 5-7 business days to receive the order.
What are business days?
Monday through Friday are considered business days, but holidays and weekends are not.
How do I know my package has shipped?
You will receive an SMS and e-mail with a notification and tracking number.
How much is shipping?
All prepaid orders come with free shipping. COD (Cash on Delivery) option costs $10.
Delivery
What is the status of my order?
You can follow the status of your order with the tracking number and link you will receive after the shipping. It can take up to 48 hours for you to receive the tracking number. If after 48 hours you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected]
How can I track my package?
After the shipping you will receive a tracking number. You can follow your order with that tracking in: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
Why is my tracking number not updating?
It can take a while for the information to update. If you have not seen any updates after 5 days, please contact us at: [email protected]
What if I'm not home?
If you are not home, your package will be delivered at your mailbox or front door or USPS office.
My package shows delivered, but I have not received it
If the tracking information shows as delivered please wait 2-3 days. Very often, USPS delivery guys scan barcodes before the physical delivery. After 3 days please contact us at: [email protected]
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns.
In order to be considered for a refund, you must contact Customer Service at [email protected] before any arrangements will be made to issue a refund. We do require that you agree to send back the product you received in order to receive a full refund for any transaction. Refunds will only be offered for up to 60 days from the purchase date, any transaction prior to that shall not be considered for a refund.
Can I exchange an item?
For a $6,5 fee, you are able to exchange an item.
Are returns free?
All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Accordingly, all products have a $6.5 restocking fee, per item, if returned unopened and in good condition.
All processed orders are subject to a $6,5 processing fee if the charge for the product/order has been settled.
How long does it take to process a return?
It usually takes 5-8 business days.
Is there a warranty?
Our products do not have a warranty, however if you are not satisfied with the product write us at: [email protected] so we can look at your situation and give you a solution.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit, credit cards, Paypal and COD (Cash on Delivery).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery, or collect on delivery (COD), is a method of collecting payment that requires customers to pay for goods at the time of delivery.
In this case you can pay for your order with money order, cash or credit card at the postal office.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
At the moment we offer a onetime payment only.
