The following Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed on https://bnhonline.com (the “Site”), operated by Global Services ST Inc, 3040 SW 42nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
I. Distance Selling & Contract Formation

2. How a Contract Is Formed
(1) Product listings on this Site do not constitute a binding offer. They are an invitation for you to submit an offer to purchase. A binding purchase contract is formed only when you click the “Purchase” button in the shopping cart.
(2) Once we receive your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email summarizing its details. A binding acceptance of your offer is confirmed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email at the time your order ships.
(3) If an order includes multiple items shipped in separate packages, you may receive separate dispatch confirmations; however, only one integrated contract exists for that order.
(4) We reserve the right to sell only to customers who are 18 years of age or older.
(5) For technical reasons, we are unable to accept orders submitted by fax, postal mail, or email.
(6) All orders are dispatched exclusively with the prior consent of the customer. No goods will be shipped without an explicit order having been placed by the customer, whether through the website or confirmed verbally with a store operator. For Collect on Delivery (COD) orders in particular, dispatch is made only after the customer has confirmed the order and acknowledged that payment will be collected upon delivery.
II. Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins from receipt of the last shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear written statement (by email or postal mail) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the sample cancellation form below, though it is not required.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life.
- Sealed cosmetic, personal care, or health and beauty products that have been unsealed after delivery, where return is not suitable for hygiene or health protection reasons.
- Sealed dietary supplements (including vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional supplements) that have been unsealed after delivery, due to health protection and product integrity concerns.

III. General Terms of Sale
4. Prices & Availability
(1) All prices are displayed excluding applicable state sales tax, which is calculated based on the shipping address and added at checkout.
(2) The prices shown in your shopping cart at the time of ordering reflect the current prices on the product page.
(3) Promotional and limited-time offers are available only while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
(4) Items marked “In Stock” will leave our warehouse within 2 business days of your order being processed.
(5) We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. All offers are subject to availability.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express – US-issued cards only)
- PayPal
- Prepayment (bank transfer)
- Collect on Delivery (COD) via USPS
You will receive an invoice by email after your order is placed.
5.1 Credit Card
Your card will be charged before the goods are dispatched. All card data is transmitted using SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. We require the card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV) to process payment.
5.2 PayPal
Selecting PayPal redirects you to complete payment through your PayPal account. Order processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Refunds for returned items are credited to your PayPal account.
5.3 Prepayment
If you select prepayment, please transfer the full invoice amount within 7 days of receiving your Order Confirmation, referencing your order number. Bank details are included in the confirmation email. Orders not paid within this period will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email.
5.4 Collect on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, payment is collected by the USPS carrier upon delivery. A COD service fee of $25 applies and is added to the total order amount. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery
(1) Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the dispatch confirmation, depending on USPS service availability and your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
(2) Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout or confirmed with our store operator during a call with the customer. You will be notified of dispatch by email and/or SMS. Risk of accidental loss passes to you upon delivery or, if you are in default of acceptance, at the time delivery was attempted.
(3) We ship via USPS. We may use alternative carriers at our discretion.
(4) We may ship orders in partial deliveries where reasonable. Any additional shipping costs resulting from partial shipments are borne by us.
7. Returns & Refunds
(1) To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] before sending any items back. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
(2) Unopened items in original, sealed condition may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
(3) Opened items — including cosmetics, health and beauty products, and dietary supplements — are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] and we will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
(4) If you have a known skin condition, allergy, or medical condition relevant to our products, please review the full ingredient list before purchasing. If you are taking prescription medications or have an existing health condition, consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before using dietary supplements or health products.
8. Retention of Title
We retain ownership of all goods until full payment has been received. If payment is not made in full, we reserve the right to demand the return of the goods.

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or other individual reactions to our products. It is your responsibility to review all product ingredients and consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns prior to use.
We do not warrant that the Site will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
